Latest and most difficult technolgy of ultrasonic is used by developing an end to end monitoring and measurement solution for bulk tanks.Currently our ultrasonic sensors mounted on top of 5000 litres closed type jacketed tank (BMCU) provide a measured accuracy of 99.65%.This is combined with alerts for tank door open/close, agitator on/off, grid power on/off, DG set working hours, CIP status, milk collection data etc. The data is sent through an IoT based controller unit using the GSM/GPRS protocol to control tower at clients end.
